L’accueil du personnel. La réceptionniste était tout simplement magnifique j’ai repris une nuit dans cette hôtel à cause de l’accueil du personnel

Le fait de payer en avance alors qu on a réservé avec nos cartes de crédit. Ce payement en avance n’était pas réservé à tous les clients. C’est un peu dommage sinon je suis parfaitement satisfait et maintenant lors de mes séjours au Cameroun je logerai dans cette hôtel

I was charged for the breakfast everyday even though I only ate downstairs half the days. It seemed like I was tricked by the agreement, and I don't know if I will stay at Starland again.

The restaurant/bar was enjoyable and the staff were incredibly friendly.

1- we ordered via booking checked in the morning, had a breakfast as I should kuz it’s mentioned on the reservation and asked me to pay for it; kuz apparently all the check-ins start at 2pm. Plus they asked to pay for the night before my check-in kuz i came in by 7 am. All those infos I didn’t have it when they logged me in. Which was very frustrating
