The apparent was located in front of the beach and at the center of Nea Kallikrateia. There were two powerful air conditioning units, so no problem with high temperatures.
The apartment was not exactly in the ground floor but a little bit below the pavement. Also the sea view was not from the apartment but once you were outside of the building.

The location is on the ground floor of the building in the picture, there are several apartments with numbers from 3 to 7. The interior is comfortable, has all the described amenities, new furniture, equipped kitchen. The strong point is the proximity to the sea, you practically cross the street and get to the beach.
The fact that it is only the ground floor

The apartment is beautiful, it has everything necessary for a stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the book in our language and other details. It really looks like the photos.
The only small complaint is the cleanliness - it could have been even cleaner.
