Terasa s grillem. Jste v historickém domě v centru u starého přístavu. Z terasy výhled na okolní střechy kostelů i baziliky, částečně i na moře. Skvělá atmosféra. Několik pláží, placené i neplacené. Dispozice: Suterén/Přízemí -společenská místnost, 1patro: pokoj +koupelna, 2patro: kuchyň, 3patro: pokoj+koupelna, 4,patro- terasa.

Pozor! Není to straší osoby a malé děti , schody velice strmé. Denní světlo do pokojů je jen přes otevřenou koupelnu, kde je okno. Mimo ubytování: Porta Vecchia Beach-městská pláž -říjen 2026 je v renovaci, bez přístupu. Za cca 1/2 roku to bude skvělé. Prvních cca 30m od břehu jsou v moři dotěrné rybičky, které vás okusuji, překonáte to, když přeplavete těch 30 m od břehu.

Hay un piso por escalera super empinada para cada ambiente. No hay aire acondicionado en el comedor ni en el espacio destinado como “living”. La terraza es divina, pero tenés que llegar cuatro pisos para arriba. Subiendo el Everest.

The location was unbeatable and beautiful.

There was no where to park nearby and there were a lot of forms and logistics just to check in at the property.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of the old town with great access to restaurants, shops and the local beaches. Antonella, the staff member who checked us in, was very helpful and responsive to the numerous messages we sent. The terrace was lovely.

The apartment is promoted as ‘air conditioned’ but it’s not really. One room is air conditioned on the 4th floor and it then gets hotter each floor down. The lower bedroom on the 2nd floor was uncomfortably hot, even with the fan going. The layout with one room on each of the 5 floors meant you are constantly having to climb the 66 stairs up and down. This was tiresome and we are fit people! Any guest staying here needs to understand the physical abilities needed to be able to get around in this apartment and be prepared to climb several hundred stairs daily. The washing machine was broken. We were told that this was a discovery the day prior to our arrival but a review in August indicated the same info. We appreciated Antonella’s help getting our laundry done whenever needed. The wifi did not work well, the line kept going down and the stone walls make the signal weak in areas beyond the router and the wifi set up is not secure. The electrical wiring in the kitchen is screwed up - the overhead light flickered significantly and dimmed every few minutes. After using the microwave and stove hood light, the coffee maker and stove then stopped working. To get everything to work again required a strange sequence of turning switches on and off between the hood light and the coffee maker. There’s a cappuccino maker but no container to froth milk. The kitchen needs a cheese grater, some medium sized spoons and more medium sized coffee cups. Some of the finishings aren’t great quality such as the door trim in the upper bedroom made of plastic that was glued poorly to the wall and fell off on day 1, and the missing cover plate in the shower of the lower bathroom shower.
