Es ist sehr ringhörig man hört jeden Schritt der in den oberen Wohnungen gemacht wird inkl. Toilettengänge im Detail, je nach dem wer oben wohnt kann man ausschlafen vergessen

Le cadre et l’emplacement

Pas de protection de matelas, pas suffisamment de vaisselle, à 5 nous n’avions pas assez de verre et petite cuillère etc…tout est disparatre, le matériel de cuisine est tout cassé, manque des saladiers, un plat à tarte. Négligence dans l’entretien: barre ds salle de bain, lumiere qui ne marche pas. Dans le jardin, des vieux tuyaux , l’etandage cassé, le local laverie encombre et sale,des objets cassés partout……il conviendrait de faire un bon nettoyage, c’est dommage car le cadre est joli

-The location is great just a short walk away from the beach, and you can even walk to Marina di Orosei where you can hop on a boat to the magnificent beaches of Golfo di Orosei. -The apartment is spacious and there is air conditioning although far from the kids' bedroom (we did not use this room at all). -Free parking on site. -Grill equipment and garden shower available in front of the building to wash off sand from your beach equipment. -Calm environment and a large terrace to enjoy it. -Beach equipment available on site.

-Water pressure in the house is generated by a hydrophore but electricity supply is not strong enough therefore when water pressure drops and the machine turns itself on light bulbs start to blink. -The internet connection is not reliable especially when guests are present in all apartments of the house. Definitely not reliable enough for remote work. -There's barely any space in the bathroom to put your stuff. -Our host could have been a bit more helpful or informative about the mentioned electrical issue and a bit more flexible about the departure time. -Not the property's fault but be aware that the area is really humid.

The villa is in a good location, just a 2-minute walk from the beach and restaurant. The spacious, clean beach was not crowded even in August, with pleasant shade from the pine forest behind it. However, the water becomes deep quickly, which may be unsafe for children and weaker swimmers, and the sandy seabed offers little for snorkelling. The terrace is large, with a dining table overlooking the attractive garden and the sea through the trees. Our apartment was one of three fully separate units in one building, each with its own entrance, although neighbours returning late sometimes woke us.

The apartment was probably once well designed and furnished, but it now needs maintenance. The kitchen equipment was particularly inadequate: there was no large pot for cooking pasta for five people, only two small pots without matching lids, five mismatched forks, three small cups, no regular glasses or mugs (all glasses available in the apartment are in the picture) There was also no washing machine in the apartment, despite a washing machine being listed as one of the facilities in the property description. It may have been located somewhere in the shared outdoor area for all three apartments, but after seeing the general condition of the property and the lack of clear information, we did not feel like searching around for it. The fireplace in the apartment was being used for storage and contained a disassembled child seat, toys, a vase, an old tablecloth, a used cleaning cloth, a shopping bag and other items, with considerable dust underneath. Several fixtures were defective. One bathroom mirror light did not work, while the other was only partly functional and very dim. A damaged shower-head seal caused water to leak along the hose, towel holders were left disassembled under the sink, and the shower enclosure was difficult to close. In one bedroom, only one of four ceiling-light bulbs worked. The shaded parking space under a roof also raised concerns. Its condition gives the impression that the structure could potentially be unsafe or at risk of collapsing, yet there was no warning, information or indication of any safety hazard. There was also a serious ant infestation on the terrace, with ants entering the apartment and eventually getting into one of the beds used by our children. No rubbish bags were provided. We were told to use supermarket bags instead. We received information to take uncollected rubbish to a waste point about a 6-minute drive away. We were also asked to pay a tourist tax, despite our Booking.
