Hotel staff were superb from the front desk staff to the room service cleaners. They were professional & organised a Kathakali show for us as well as getting a staff member to take us to it. The room was spacious and the hotel had more than enough parking underneath the building in the basement level. Dinner at the hotel was also the best food we had in India on this trip.
Breakfast wasn’t great but dinner more than made up for it

The location was really good with access to all shops and mosque nearby. The breakfast was okay, and they provided the breakfast which we have asked for. The staff were so helpful and polite.
We also used the hotel for dinner and that was good.
The toilet flush was not working from the evening.
