Place was very dirty. We were told by one person that the outside decks were the responsibility of the HOA, and told by another it was the cleaning staff's responsibility. Deck was filthy and green/black mold was all over the chairs. (We were told that it was because of recent severe storms! Floor was gritty, door seals were awful, baseboard were extremely dirty/dusty; we were told it was probably because they had cleaned it the week before and the dust probably accumulated. Complaints were met with resistance as was the complaint about the bunk bed ladder being broken and posing a risk. We were told it had already been repaired! Talked to 3 different people; finally the cleaning crew was sent back but only half cleaned again. Seemed that staff were not talking to each other. We were told that we would be getting a refund on the cleaning fee and reimbursement for a dinner meal for all 7. So far the credit has not shown up on my credit card summary. Place was beautiful but the cleaning staff is not doing their job. The pool was not open even though we were told it would be. Left my bike charger and asked to have it returned but I doubt it will be since I have complained. Don't think the owners would be happy with what they are paying to have their condo maintained.
