The flat is spacious and comfortable. There is a shower and another room with bath. All appliances seem new. It is very spacious, especially the living room which is combined with the dining area and kitchen. The host, Mr Crispi, is extremely helpful and answers any queries immediately.
The balcony is really a shaft where there are the utility connections and AC's outside units. However one can still use it to hang the clothes and as a smoking area.

Fabulous apartment. Great facilities, appreciated having a washing machine. Very easy and helpful coms with owners. Great recs for restaurants etc. Very comfy beds. Wonderful having 2 bathrooms.
Via Cavour is reasonably noisy, but keeping shutters etc closed helped. Building works either next door or nearby was noisy first thing in the morning, but we were out most of the day so less problematic.
