Very clean great facilities good location

Central location suited us for walks we wanted to do right from the door. Nice addition having the curtain to separate the sleeping area if required

Extractor fan in bathroom not very efficient so took quite a while to dry out after using shower. Bed ok but could have been comfier

Cozy and super comfy bed Good location

Can be quite noisy being located next to the door in and out Key collection is a faff when you park at the entrance but have to collect keys from the otherwise

Location is great but Windermere is so small that anywhere you stay within the town wouldn't be far anyway. It was easy enough to find with the instructions. The whole studio could do with a makeover, a deep clean and some love. It felt dated and not as cosy as it could be.

I booked this studio with the idea of having a cosy relaxing holiday in a dream location - instead it was a very lacklustre experience. I seem to have the same comments as previous guests so this is clearly nothing new. There's a strange smell greeting you every time you enter, damp air and a little loud humidifier trying to fix whatever's wrong. I was freezing on my first night as only the little portable heater would work, fine for the rest of my stay when the normal heating kicked in. There's a shower curtain rather than the doors that have broken off - didn't keep water out very well. Bathroom fan doesn't seem to work at all. Shower water pressure is criminal. You can imagine how wet it gets. Also lacking hand soap, only shower gel instead. Kitchen could use paper towels and cooking oil, new utensils and more mugs. The TV is very temperamental and slow. There's candle holders, yet no candles or a lighter. Little details like that really make a change.
