Apartment is perfect for a short stay.

Airkeeper are hopeless. Didn’t answer any of my queries

1. The location was amazing 2. The space was great for a small family but would be VERY cramped if 6 people were staying. 3. Washer and dryer handy

1. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU ARE A LIGHT SLEEPER. There doesn’t seem to be any sound insulation between the top and bottom levels of the house and staying in the bottom level was horrendous. The tenants in the top level weren’t being loud by any means but you could hear every footstep, every time a chair was pulled in and out of the dining table, the pipes running with showers and even conversations. We had very little sleep over the week as a result of this. 2. The home was only surface level clean, with the kitchen clean and tidy and floors appeared clean too. But there was a fair bit of mould in the bathroom considering it’s age, all the windows in bedrooms were filthy and had thick spider webs around the window sills internally. I was required to clean the glass and clear the spider webs from the window in our babies room to hang blockout curtains, and I felt dirty every time I opened and closed the other windows. 3. There were stains on some of the bedding linen 4. The clothes line was covered in spider webs and had tens of ant nests underneath, it was uncomfortable to use it. 5. The lawn was not mowed and there were ant nests all through the backyard (both grass and patio areas) with ants crawling everywhere. We weren’t able to use the outdoor space because of the ants biting us. We understand that there are going to be ants and spiders in a leafy location and that’s not the problem. The facilities and space were uncomfortable and unusable as a result, and the sheer number of spider webs on the clothes line and in the house made it obvious that these areas are not cleaned or maintained regularly. We were lucky enough to book this place with a 40% discount on the cost. We were disappointed with the value for money, even at the discounted price. 6. Booking.com is a great online platform for booking holidays however AirKeeper wasn’t the best.
