convenient location and staff was great. we had 4 rooms and everyone was ok except for the two handicapped rooms.
because we were in a handicap room I was very concerned about the bathroom door. I closed it and then couldn’t get out. had to wait till my husband to return to open the sliding door that has no handle on the inside of the bathroom. not happy. I felt trapped.

The room was nice and clean
I was charged a $250 fee for smoking in my room. I do not smoke, so I do not know why this fee was added. When I called to get the situation resolved I was told there was nothing they could do about it.

NO HOT WATER! Three night stay and no hot water. After reporting it after first cold shower on the first morning, we were told the boilers would be adjusted. Second morning, I tested it and no hot water. Called front desk and said I wanted to take hot shower in another room. That got arranged, had to pickup new keycards from front desk myself because they couldn’t deliver. They apparently expected us to relocate there, but we were on a tight schedule. Third night I ended up sleeping on the couch of a family member’s house with hot water. My husband went back to the hotel and the next morning still no hot water. And he said the front desk was miffed we hadn’t moved because they were attempting to book someone else in our room with NO HOT WATER!

The King Suite was amaging, the location, staff, cleanliness & the breakfast was exceptional, will definitely stay here again, thank you!!!!!!!
