The mini mansion is a wonderful large old (150 yr??) house loaded with charm. Staying at it feels like you are visiting your relatives (the ones you dearly love that is :) ).

House itself was Ok, bathroom and kitchen decent. Staff very helpful and about a 12 minute walk to the station.
Funny smell in the bedroom but got used to it soon.

The location was convenient. No "check-in" door code was sent in email.
Smelled like marijuana when I walked into the house. Suite upstairs had overwhelming smell of pinesol and air freshener. Unit was not very clean. High tough items were clean, but things like the lampshades, the baseboards and the extension cords were caked with dust. Mattress was covered in a plastic cover, so it was hot to sleep on, there was no air conditioning. I went out and bought my own fan. Sheets on the bed were ripped and threadbare. Worst of all I was panhandled by another person staying in the house. She offered to help me down the steps with my bags and then gave me a sob story about her 4 kids not having anything to eat.
