Prachtige locatie, midden in het centrum van Boedapest!

The location was amazing. It's right on a central street and right near where we needed to be. The apartment building is an old building and can look a bit worn but once you get inside, man, this place is STUNNING! Gorgeous tall ceilings with decorative molding, amazing old windows and doors, a little balcony. The apartment has a living room, two rooms, a kitchen, a jacuzzi. So many things. It's gorgeous.

Great location, spacious and fresh.
Limited soap sachet and toilet paper supplied.

Cleanliness, location.
The washing machine was out of order. Informed booking.com but they informed me to write in as they could not do anything. Received a respond that the machine will be replaced soon as they have ordered a new machine. However, we stayed 12 nights, nothing happens. This caused great inconvenience. I will not choose an apartment for 12 nights stay without a washing machine.
As we stayed 12 nights, there was no additional to replace the floor towel, etc.
Based on the above, no recovery plans, etc, has made me to review a lower point.
