Still great value and slightly improved from the last time I visited - the door handle had been replaced which was previously broken and the fridge was much tidier. Definitely not luxurious but very comfortable and the bedroom is clean and secure.

The microwave seemed not to be working so it wasn’t possible to heat food.

Everyone was so lovely!, they have all the necessities that you need, would definitely stay over again!

Nothing, it was a great experience

Very convenient for bus links, especially to the airport. The Ember bus stop was just 1 min from the accommodation and the main route for most city buses. Was a very simple room (but description did say that) but ideal for me needing just a bed for the night before flying the next morning. Host was very kind and understanding. Prepare yourself if you have lots of heavy luggage that the room is up a curved staircase.

Just a personal preference, the room had a very small mirror in it. Granted the bathroom had a bigger one but for travellers who might be more inclined to stay in their room, a larger mirror might be a consideration. For those wondering about the view. There was no view as room had only a skylight.

The location suited us. The room was fine. The shower and toilet was very nice.

There was no key box outside to collect keys from. The front door was open. I walked in and found my room. I had no keys for my room. There were none in the room. I was not given keys by the couple running the accomodation. I forgot to ask them for keys as I assumed they would be around. I went to leave the building to get something from my car but found I was locked in the accommodation with no keys to get out. The couple seemed to have left and locked the front door. The back door was also locked. I had to wake up another resident who had keys to open the front door and then sleep with the front door slightly ajar all night so I would be sure to be able to get out in the morning.
