Location is right by the highway.

Stunning view from our balcony. Stylish, spacious room, serviced beautifully every day. Very friendly and helpful staff who organised our trek, tuk tuks etc. Breakfast yummy. Nice touches like snacks in the room. Location is about 11 km out of township so it is very peaceful. I do not recommend staying in the noisy crowded town itself!
Nothing really. It was a real shame jacuzzi was being repaired, but our final bill was slightly discounted as compensation. A fridge in the room would be great. The location means you really need to eat at the restaurant (which is fine - food is good). Or a 25min tuk tuk ride to town.

The property was very clean, the staff were very polite and the breakfast was excellent.

The staff are pleasant and friendly. Fairly good value overall. Excellent views from the balcony.
Room was less than clean and the location makes things difficult and relies upon taxis. The second difficultly is the ordering of food which needs to be done with two hours notice. The bed was horrendously uncomfortable, has springs sticking in my back all night.
Finally, the breakfast was somewhat disappointing but passable.
As a hostel this would be fine, but for a hotel (advertised with large double rooms etc) it's passable.
