The apartment is clean and spacious. Perfect for the 5 of us. The bed is comfortable and provided us with extra pillows. The washing machine was helpful especially we have traveled for few days. The location is near the train station, ideal for guests travelling outside the Florence in a day.

The electrical plug when using the kettle creates a electrical cut off, hence we have to contact the owner to guide us for the power to be back on. This happened twice. Also, lots of mosquitoes in the apartment. The owner should provide a mosquito repellent plug in for guests to use especially at night.

- Location: Just opposite to the railway station and around 5 mins walk to the bus station which can direct you to small towns/cities for day tour, like Siena, Pisa, etc. Though surrounded by the main streets, the room is actually very quiet, we could barely hear anything outside either during the day time or at night. - Apartment: Modern style, well equipped and very spacious. The sofa bed is quite comfortable of queen size - this beats most of the apartments available at Booking.com where the sofa bed is usually a bit smaller and shaky for a teen to sleep over. Overall we could never ask for a better place for a short stay in Florence esp. in the peak season.

If the host can leave more rubbish bags in the apartment, say one bag per day of stay.

Clean and new facilities.

Entrance hall and elevator can be brighter and less creepy

Location

Noisy. There's a rumble every time the surface rail passes, and you hear most of the cars. Inside, besides the exterior noise, the bathroom exhaust make such a rattle that it's impossible to sleep if anyone is in the bathroom. Very very very slow and akward elevator, so much so that we ended up using the stairs all the time. Not very well cleaned, the bathroom exhaust is filthy. The internet is a joke. It's shared with some other apartment, many times it just doesn't work, and the rest of the time it's slow. The host doesn't seem interested in answering questions. I asked him about an extra bed, he said it's not possible, I counter argued, no answer.
