- perfect location (although there is a lot of noise at night from the square)
- very spacious and fully equipped kitchen
- elevator
- lot of noise from outside till late hours - there are multiple bars and restaurants on the square with lots of party people so if youre a light sleeper, avoid this accom.
- AC was working normally the first 3 days, then on 4th it wasn't cooling at all (and it was 30+°C that day and apt facing the sun all day). It magically started cooling on 5th day (without us touching or adjusting anything) , then again on 6/7th day not cooling at all just the ventilator with room temperature air coming out of the centralized AC.
I KNOW we should have reported it to the owner, but when It started cooling I thought it was sorted.

The central location, large flat, very clean and had all commodities, all working really well. Nice bathroom and little balcony.
The air conditioning was broken during a very hot few days and it was incredibly hot even with keeping the shutters and windows closed during the day. The location was very noisy at night, because we had to keep the windows open during the night because of the broke air con. I was aware of the central location and the noise but thought that we'll have an air con so we'll keep the windows shut and it won't affect us. Unfortunately, it was not great.
