My room was very small

We loved our stay and I will return. The room was small but comfortable. Wonderful facilities for preparing food. Super clean bathroom . Very quiet within the building. Our favourite thing was the homely feel.
It was Saturday night. Lots of drunk people on the street outside kept us awake. our room looked into a building site.

I liked that once I had communicated that the bed was extremely uncomfortable (could feel the springs in the mattress), a new mattress and blankets wete brought over and the bed was like new, i slept brilliantly afterwards! So thank you for the quick resolve.
There were ants crawling randomly in the room which I suppose can't be helped but then in the bathroom on my last day there was an ant infestation due to somethibg left by someone in the communal bin. This made me aware of ants for the entire night of sleeping.

The location was convenient, and the kitchen area appeared neat and clean. Overall, the stay was acceptable.
The actual room looked quite different from the photos. It was very humid with limited fresh air, which made breathing uncomfortable. There were windows, but I was unsure whether they could be opened safely. There was also an unpleasant smell. The shampoo and toothpaste were in large shared bottles, and the advertised coffee and tea were empty. I also requested an invoice several times, but I have still not received it.

"Un alloggio estremamente signorile, decorato nei minimi dettagli. Mi sembrava di soggiornare in un museo. Complimenti ai proprietari"
