Warm welcome - very touched with the welcome drinks & chocolate. A staff drop by to say hello & check if everything is ok. Prompt response from staff on my queries.
Check-in & check-out process seamless and straightforward.
Apartment is spacious, clean and so comfortable. Feels really like home.
Location of laundry room - Stairs going down to the laundry room is pretty dark at night especially when raining. There isnt any light at night and i need to use phone touch light to go down the stairs in case i slip & fall down the stairs.

Clean and comfortable apartment, excellent location
Slightly small for a family and no dishwasher. Heavy doors elsewhere in the building made the walls reverberate. Only very minor annoyances though, all perfectly manageable
