Dog friendly, had a nice mini kitchen and a decent area between Saint Pete and treasure Island.
We had difficulty checking in as the code to the door did not work which required us to contact the office numerous times before they finally got the correct code. I emailed the office several times and did not get a response. Check in time at four and check out time at 10 AM is very steep.

Just needed a place to crash for the night. Was more than enough.

The property reaked of stale cigarette smoke and there was no warm water and a dirty tissue under the sheets. We also booked a deluxe room with a king bed and the room we got was not this. We left within 5 minutes of arriving.
Dirty and smelled like smoke, not the same room we had booked.

Very clean property with great amenities. Pool was clean, room was sparkling, and the assortment of cooking utensils was outstanding.

Ac didn’t work well, and the staff never came to open my door when I checked in after several calls they ended up giving me another room.

The room was updated and clean!!!! And great price!!! I would definitely recommend this place. Beds were comfortable and I love that it had a kitchen..
Checking out at 10 was way to early. Usually check out is at 11 and 10 we felt a little rushed. And the outside needs to be updated Because the rooms are amazing...

People smoking out room. Noone returned may call. I call 3 times. We were to have a room with 2 beds we only had 1.

it was clean, comfortable, had a pool and was more affordable than beach front properties for our last night of vacation. We enjoyed lunging around the pool-clean/comfortable.
the lights were really bright outside the window and blinds/curtains did not block them out to sleep at night - if you are light sensitive like I am. Pool not heated.The TV turned on/off in the middle of the night 🤷🏻♀️

loved the colored towels and bedding. Nothing against staff , just hard to rate as didnt see anyone. only complaint would be that we were in rm 6 and the out door lighting illuminated the whole room and even with the blinds closed could not darken the room. parking was nice and close , didnt use the pool so cant comment on that. Over all a nice place.

The room was clean. Though we didn't really use much of it, it had a nice supply of kitchen stuff (cutlery, crockery, cooking implements). It was reasonably close to the beach. I also liked that it was across from a church because I was able to go to morning mass. During our stay, the other residents were very quiet.
At first, it seemed a little expensive for what you got. But, I guess this is just a real expensive place for lodging. Oddly, the TV would turn on spontaneously so we had to unplug it. There is not much counter space so not a lot or room to lay stuff down.

No breakfast provided. Plenty of parking. The trolley was awesome. For seniors we could ride it all day for $5. We went to St Petersburg and then up to Clearwater. It also stopped at John’s Pass. The help on the trolley were fantastic.
The pool area needs work. It’s dirty and the pool had some debris. The bedding and towels were adequate but could be newer. We were also close to the trolley stop. It was right across the street. I would have liked to stay right on the beach but the cost was prohibitive.

The floors could have been cleaned. There was prior residents hair on the ground and my feet were black from being barefoot while getting dressed.

Not enough hot water for shower on 2nd night. Not a big problem, in an otherwise great stay.

The pool deck was nice and the location was excellent
The bed was uncomfortable, the outdoor lights shined brightly into the room at night, the room could’ve been cleaner

Charming little room, price was about right for it. Great location, park nearby. Easy in and out. Basic, but worked well for what we needed. Management very friendly.
Roaches attacked food can on counter. Almost slipped and fell in shower (worn strips, no handles). Floor looked clean, but my feet were dirty after walking across (beach maybe?)

Horrible bed broke my back and smell of the chemicals in the room is out of this world I tried to contact someone to talk to none on site !!!! Just the worst iv stayed in for years
