Rooms were being upgraded but were still very good and clean
The approach road and the distance for some rooms

The hotel was located nearby to some shops, a pharmacy and restaurants, where food could be brought relatively cheaply. There were also smaller places nearby to eat and a restaurant in the facility..
The room was sizeable and clean. It was about 35mins from the airport, and in traffic, about 2 hrs from New Delhi (noting traffic was really bad).
Overall the room was good, and we were in close proximity to being able to wander and browse.
Pool cold and not really usable.
Room was far from reception, difficult for older people with mobility issues.
Whole complex appeared quite tired, and is mixed use - conference centre, hotel, living.
Kettle gave out free electric shocks, balcony door didn't lock, no seating on balcony.

We had to wait a long time to get the extra bed setup after arriving very tired at night. Room was fine. Breakfast was underwhelming.

"I definitely recommend this hotel. The location was great, and the service was excellent. I would like to especially mention the Front Office team, including Natasha, as well as the housekeeping staff..."
