It was clean & the bed was comfortable, and the facilities were easy to use. Small but cosy. The location was great though, transport links to and from the city centre were great.
The flat was soundproof from other neighbours; but not from the noise of the street. It was difficult to fall asleep at night with the cars & pedestrians walking past. There wasn’t much storage, could maybe do with some drawers in the wardrobe. The sheets had small coffee stains on them; these sheets should probably have been taken out of circulation but we could tell they had been washed.

very clean and tidy room perfect for us for weekend in York host responded very quickly to an enquiry I had.
no problem with room walk to York was bit longer than I had hoped for very minor issue really though

Conveniently situated, on a bus route, no noisy neighbours, clean and tidy.
Close enough to the city to walk and had convenient places to stop for a drink on the way.
Had lots of information in a binder, but lacked instruction manual for the electric oven. Having always cooked with gas it was a little confusing to begin and a few instructions on how to use the oven would have been helpful.
