La facilité d'échange avec les hôtes, le lieu, tout est à proximité.

Un petit manque de luminosité, néanmoins la terrasse est très sympa.

The location is sublime, you are like a resident in one of the coolest districts in an incredible city. The garden is a genuine oasis of calm, a blue window into your soul. Topped of by attentive hosts.

No negatives.

La qualité du studio dans le quartier du Panier. La petite terrasse. La literie.

Rien.

We’ve had an overall good time at the apartment. The keys are comfortably located not far away from the apartment and you’re able to do the check in without any issue alone. The apartment has all the necessary amenities for a good trip, the kitchen is well equipped as well. There’s plenty enough water in the water heater in the bathroom. The owners are polite and responsive.

We’ve had an issue with the heating system at the apartment. The pictures on the booking ad show as if there were normal radiators at the wall. However, when we arrived, we discovered that that wasn’t the case. Instead, there were two separate air conditioners, one in the bathroom and another for the living room and the bedroom zone. The AC doesn’t respond to the remote. When we reached out to the owner, they were able to change the temperature from the app remotely. The apartment was very cold since no one has been there in a long time (it also was quite dusty, we suspect that after the previous guests had left, no extra cleaning was performed). While we deeply respect the intention to protect the environment and all that it implies, the apartment took a very long time to heat up and we had absolutely no control over how it was done. There also was no thermometer to check the temperature and the temperature that the owner would see on their end didn’t correspond with the reality. Unfortunately, we we cold for the most of our visit.
