Location and plenty of room
The air conditioner was set at a certain temperature and could not be turned down. It got a little warm at times

Excellent proximity to the beach. The house was very roomy with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths.
The air conditioning was having a hard time keeping up with the heat. (90’s). The owner was very appreciative that we told him and was going to look into it.

The ac doesn’t keep the house cool was 87 from 12 noon to 9pm

House was NOT ready to be rented. Bed sheets had a lot of dog hair in them. Yard is in very poor condition. House wasn't very clean and plumbing didn't work in master bath. Water smells really bad. Needs a lot more work before it should be rented out.
