The ease of getting access to the property was a real bonus. Parking was easy right outside. The apartment was excellently designed, making use of all the space. Having a duplex apartment did feel like having two separate zones. The location to the old town was perfect and good to get a little exercise from the hill climb :) I loved the images and the old paperwork framed to document the building use prior to being an apartment.
The only negative I have which is very minor is the office was a little dark and completing online video calls did require some interesting lighting techniques involving a torch and using the table lamp as an uplighter.
