Great location in downtown Asheville, spacious, comfortable, well equipped, very clean. And good instructions re access and parking.

It was all good.

This was probably one of the most luxurious places we've stayed through Booking.com. The apartment was immaculately clean when we arrived. Easy access via a Door code for the exterior entry and apartment, emailed in advance for convenience. Host was prompt and efficient answering questions. The LIGHT in the rooms (both main and bedroom) was exceptional thanks to huge double-door Juliette-style balconies (in both rooms) and numerous skylights. We loved it! The kitchen was perfectly supplied, with high-end, matching dishes and pots and pans. Everything you need for a gourmet meal. It was nice to have both a Keurig coffeemaker and a traditional drip-style, too. A starter pack of dishwashing detergent and dishwasher tabs was ready and waiting, and there were REAL dish cloths. You don't often see that in a rental. The linens really set this place apart: PLUSH, thick towels and LOTS of them. And the sheets on the bed were resort-quality, with extra pillows as well. Overall, this place feels more like the Four Seasons than a typical rental. Exactly as pictured online.

Minor inconvenience: they had artificial sweetener but no sugar. No biggie, though!

Everything was just perfect

The location was perfect! Easy to walk to so many downtown Asheville destinations. Parking was easy, either on the street in front of the apartment or in the Sears Alley deck, which was $12 for 24 hours and only a 3-minute walk. All needed amenities are available. The bed and furniture are comfy. Old building with lots of character and updated modern appliances and furniture. Sound machines drowned out external noise from the city. We will be back!

None of these are a big deal but: A couple parts of the old floor slant, it takes awhile for the temperature to regulate since it's an old structure, too much to do!
