The apartment is located directly on the beach. The terrace has a beautiful view of the sea.
The apartment is well equipped. There is an underground garage under the building with its own parking space.
The kitchen has a microwave, stove, oven, kitchen appliances, coffee maker, pots, plates, glasses, cutlery. The bathroom has shower gel, shampoo. The apartment is very clean, completely comfortably furnished.
There is a free beach in front of the house. A large grocery store is 3 minutes walk from the house. The ferry is 6 minutes walk. The central restaurants and boutiques are 7 minutes walk away. The house is in a very quiet and safe location.
