“Very good breakfast” was the key factor in choosing this place. Unfortunately, the breakfast was disappointing and fell far short of what I would normally expect from such a description.
From my conversation with the owner, I gathered that he was not aware of the discrepancy but was also unable to do anything about it. He was also not able to update the listing’s photos to show what the breakfast actually looked like and set the right expectations.

Чудове розміщення, дуже тихий та затишний район, красива будівля та поруч багато кафе та ресторанів, також поруч великий продуктовий магазин, всередині чисто та стильно, усі необхідні зручності є

The apartment was clean, quiet, and matched the photos. The building felt safe, and collecting the keys was straightforward once I located the other building.
Communication with the management company was disappointing. When I politely asked about early check-in after an international flight, I was told it would cost 120 PLN and later dismissed when I questioned this. No alternatives or luggage-storage suggestions were offered until much later. The tone felt curt and unhelpful, and I found personal items left under the bed and in the closet.
