Location and staff were very good. Had everything we needed. The host was really good we arrived late and she met us to let us in and tell us what we needed. Lovely stay!
The floor in the bedroom would leak water from the floorboards unsure if it was from bathroom or air con. Did not affect our stay through!

The location was great and came with a big balcony.
A little bit of a moldy smell and the couch was less comfortable than the one in the bookings photo.

Great location. Lots of space for the price. Nice walk in showers, but the property agent tried to put me in a unit with wet showers spraying on the toilet.
This is a shopworn, somewhat dirty apartment in an old charmless building with zero public areas: no pool, no gym, nowhere to sit and work. Do a google image search on Muong Thanh Da Nang. VIP, it is not. I hired my own housekeeper to clean the apartment after we arrived.
