The location of Bell Rosen is great! The breaksfast was well prepared.
a) It is not value for money compared to other places in Cape Town. b) Invest in better curtains, please.. c) Most places offer free bottled water, not charge for this. d) on arrival, the person at reception made no attempt to even welcome me or introduce herself. I had to ask her name.

The WiFi, couch, heater and heated blankets.
The pool was dirty, breakfast selection limited, walls and foundation on the tiles are starting to disintegrate.

Excellent Breakfast, and home like feel.

Staff very helpful, friendly and efficient. Rooms good and shower had a nice stream of water. Quiet from main road which ensure a good quality sleep. Location very good for visiting Panorama Medi-Clinic, Durbanville Medi Clinic, with easy access roads. We shall definitely use Bell Rosen again when we have to visit Doctors or have small medical procedures done.

We could check in very early.

DSTV sport. We could watch the netball world cup.
Great breakfast.
Shuttle to the airport was good.
I am picky with pillows. The pillows are too soft, but I travel with my own pillow.

The worst worst experience ever! WE WILL NEVER EVER BOOK AGAIN AT BELL ROSEN GUEST HOUSE. MY HUSBAND WOKE UP IN THE MIDDLE OF NIGHT AT 2 O CLOCK AND THERE WERE BED BUGS In IN THE BED BITING HIM HIM. He called the emergency number. They did absolutely nothing about the problem. He slept on floor with towel over him. The next day nobody called him back and they don't even answer their telephone!!!!!!!!! Will never ever book here again

Close to where we needed to be for our business meetings
Staff were definitely not excited to be at work.
We had to search for staff to let people who were waiting outside in the cold and rain inside to book in.
We were never asked once if we were ok or needed anything.
There was a horrible cold front and yet had 1 x single blanket for 2 single beds. And nobody asked if we were warm enough once
Just not happy with service at all.
It was as cold as it was outside!
