I liked the location, the apartment...everything. The supermarket was very closed.
The towels...we're too old.

Good communication very simple handover.
The patio doors to the balcony lock when you close them meaning you are stuck on the balcony. I had to climb down and luckily the downstairs door was open

Location, view and the swimming pool.
Lots of towels
Poor cleaning, found a dirty t-shirt under the bed, as well as lots of dust bunnies, cutlery that was dirty, no coffee maker or bread knife. Coffee maker and bread knife were fixed. Stored rubbish on top balcony (empty pots with withered plants and bad garden chairs).
No documentation on the use of a washing machine, without hot water for a day due to no information on what could be the cause.
Do not pre-book transport via owner, they arrived 2 hours late to the airport.
