+ The location is amazing! Short car ride to Port Grimaud, St Tropez and St Maxime. Several big supermarkets within 10 minutes (Auchan, Lidl, Carrefour)
+ The terrace and outdoor kitchen is nice
+ The host is very friendly and answers quickly
+ It is very calm and quiet in the area
+ Very short walk to the beach and Beauville golf course
+ Good wifi
+ A parking spot is included right next to the house
- There was limited cleaning tools, e.g. no vacuum or broom, only one tablet for dishwasher and one trash bag for a 1 week stay
- The ceiling on the upper floor is very low
- All of the bedrooms are quite small, especially the ones upstairs
- One of the rooms didn’t have an electrical outlet, so no possibility to charge your phone etc
- The pool is communal, which we didn’t realise beforehand
