The area and quiet
Floors were kinda dusty but overall everything else was very clean and very nice

The bed was excellent. It was very quiet, especially at night. The kitchen was adequately equipped.
The main issue was that the bathroom had no ventilation. There was no window and no fan. Consequently, the bathroom door had to be left open during a shower. Also, air freshener would have been appreciated since there was no way to privately vent smells. Also, since I frequently use the bathroom at night, having to use the stairs was inconvenient. The sofa bed mattress was awful so that option was eliminated.
