The room designs are stunning and very thoughtful. The service of all employees were very good. The magic show, shadow art and balloon art by the artists was amusing,
interesting and fun. The amenities provided in the resort are good. The food provided at the resort was amazing as well. Including the traditional Kerala evening tea/coffee and snacks as an experience to all is a terrific idea and very well executed by the staff. The views within the resort and the views outside the resort are well designed and stunning. The resort has very well thought of the user journey and experience and it was a very wonderful stay. We highly recommend this stay to our friends and family.
We would recommend including some healing or rejuvenation package along with the booking for free as that will enhance the user experience further.

Well i would not say didn’t like about the property
Food was a mixed concern
We ordered dinner which was delicious and had high hopes for breakfast which was a let down but i would not take anything away from the property as this is easily fixable

Nice food , good location
The bathroom was very humid and not tidy in the edges , with an unpleasant smell!, mostly due to humidity because of poor ventilation in the bathroom compartment!!..
