by coincidence we travelled during Ramadan and booked room with half board. The iftar meal was the highlight of our visit to Tunisia. Excellent excellent choice of items on buffet, very friendly staff in the dining hall and the cook had the biggest smile in all of Tunisia, lovely reception staff (well versed in english, arabic and french). Mariott was brilliant overall

Kahvaltıda yemek bitirilmeden tabak toplamaya çalışılan personelden pek memnun kalmadım. Otele varışım öğleye doğru saat 11deydi odamın ancak saat 3te verileceği söylendi aksi takdirde bedelini ödemem gerekiyormuş. Buaraya kadar tamam. İlk defa kaldığım bir otelde daha olumlu bir yaklaşımla oda teslimi yapılabilirdi. Otelin o gün çok dolu olduğunu düşünmüyorum. Sadece valizi verilecek odaya bırakıp odadan ayrılacaktım. (Konjierje bırakmak yerine)

Nothing except the Name
The room was not in good condition, I had to call the technician two times to fix the heater. Also there was no hot water in my room to take a shower and then they moved me to another room.. basically it was a bad decision to stay in this hotel.. I decided to leave the hotel and move to another one..
I would never recommend this hotel to anyone

The location is in no-where,
The shower in the middle of the room which makes the air in the room unbreathable after showering,
Everything is very very expensive, a single shot of Jack Daniels over 15 € which is unexpectable for such standard
Restaurant menu, very very boring and very very expensive
It’s not a place which I will recommend

le personnel a été au top du début à la fin mais ne peuvent lutter face à la piètre qualité de l'hôtel en lui-même et la publicité mensongère qui nous a gâché notre court séjour de 2 jours sur place.
aucune mention que le spa n’était pas fini, aucune information que la piscine était fermée pour 7 jours, l’insonorisation inexistante (l’autoroute en bas du bâtiment), dégât des eaux dans la 2ème chambre,

The employees who are receptionists, concierge, housekeepers, restaurant workers and SPA staffs and massagers all worked very hard and made us feel like home.
The towels and linens are very clean.
Our shower’s drainage is not draining very well. The hotel needs to check the drainage system to make it work properly. Bathroom and beds are face of the hotel. Working efficiency is the most important factor.

proximity to the airport
the check in process wasn’t as smooth as it could have been with little attention to detail or prior preparation. I wasn’t acknowledged as a gold member on check in and basically not very Marriott like experience despite all of my party getting an upgrade.
