The apartment is exactly as described and very central to all of downtown NOTL, including walking distance to the historic downtown. It is a short driving distance to Niagara Falls and the many local wineries. This is perhaps the best equipped unit that we have ever stayed at! Gord has thought of everything to make you feel at home. Definitely a 5 star welcome!

We enjoyed our time in Niagara-on-the-lake this weekend and our stay at this property made it even better. The location was close to the Main Street and walking distance to some wineries or a short Uber ride to others. You can tell they took a lot of care when designing the space and clearly take pride in maintaining it. Every inch of the place was spotless and filled with many handy tools you might require during your stay. The basket of snacks and water in the fridge was a great touch and really appreciated. Definitely recommend staying at this location when in notl

Nothing you could possibly need was missing; modern, clean, quiet, .. the fact that this is a basement renovation disappears when you enter the apartment.

Over from England, having stop over at Niagra on Lake.....this is the best place/B&B we've ever stayed at! Every need is catered for, accommadation /cleanliness was immaculate.....Didn't want to leave! A bottle of wine was given to us to celebrate anniversary - very kind.

Very nice, quiet, clean and well appointed. Completely stocked with all products one would normally need, as well as a welcome assortment of snacks. About a mile from center ofOld Historic District , along quiet and beautifully landscaped streets. To be honest, we wanted to take the shower fixtures home with us! Very very clean and modernity but comfortably decorated. Would stay here again.

We love visiting NOTL and this property did not disappoint. The apartment is located close to town in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. The host has created a welcoming, very clean, and lovely environment. We would definitely return and would recommend this property to anyone! Absolutely wonderful!

This was my first VRBO experience (my wife recommended), and it was truly outstanding. A beautiful property in an excellent location. Gordon is a terrific host, happy to answer all questions, with impeccable taste. The snacks in the kitchen and well-stocked coffee area were unexpected treats. This place was just what was needed for our trip, and we will be back in the future. Very highly recommended!

The place is perfect. Spacious, clean, in a quiet neighborhood, and private. Loved everything about it. Having a washer and dryer was a wonderful help too! The owner is very friendly and responsive. Highly recommended. I would stay again!

I have stayed at numerous vacation rentals and this one was the best. My daughter asked if we could extend our trip so we could stay at the property longer! The extra touches made me feel like I was visiting family who was taking extra special care of me. The beds are comfy, the shower was amazing, and I was completely impressed with the cleanliness. Ten stars!

Exactly as it appears on the VRBO listing. A lovingly designed and maintained, 900 (my guess) square foot, immaculate, 2 bedroom basement unit, completely separate from the main house.
My wife and I walked into Notl for coffee and plays, about 20 min each way along pretty and safe streets.
Perhaps the most unexpected aspect of this unit - the silence. Virtually no outside noise. Rate in today’s lifestyle.
A good, clean, quiet and safe unit.

We had a fantastic time. Gordon’s suite is set up perfectly. So many extra special touches like water and snacks. Everything was crisp and clean and the communication was great. I do not have a single recommendation to make - everything is already perfect.

This property was even better than expected. Very clean, great location. We rented 4 adult bikes to get around town and had no problem storing them in the enclosed entryway. Owner was very responsive to all inquiries. Will definitely recommend this rental and plan to return in the future!!!

Immaculate, comfortable and spacious. Perfectly located close to the historical down town. Beautiful, quiet and safe neighbourhood for walking. Kitchen is very well equipped to fix breakfast and small meals. The past few days were extremely hot, so we really appreciated getting back to the air conditioned apartment at the end of the day. Would most definitely recommend.

Great apartment, close to everything, excellent host!
Extremely clean, spacious apartment. This unit was very well equipped (extra towels, linens, dishes, utensils, cooking appliances, etc.). Detailed instructions for all appliances were provided. Beds and living room furniture were very comfortable. The host was very responsive and helpful. Only 15 minute walk to Queen Street on beautiful tree lined residential streets. Would not hesitate to stay here again! Thank you!

Stayed in this property for 4 nights (June 2022). Property is immaculate, modern and well equipped. Cooking on the induction stovetop was awesome! Enjoy the bottle water and snacks. Nice neighborhood. Had a little issue with the lock, and the owner was quick to respond. Overall, awesome property!
