It was plenty of space for my family of 6. The kitchen was equipped with what we needed. A ocean front property is a must for us when we stay at the beach. So the view & location was great. The host was easy to communicate with & prompt.

Matt was wonderful to deal with. He was easy to communicate with. The condo was clean and fully stocked. Even the staff at Baywatch were really nice. I honestly will keep this booking as my fave for future trips to the beach. Thank you Matt!!!

We stayed at this property to celebrate Christmas near my sister's home. It was clean and had a lot of room for us. It was nice to have the bigger beds on the bunk beds for a larger group of people. We really enjoyed our time at the pool and it was conveniently located to our room. Even though it was cold the time of year we went there, the view from the balcony was amazing. We would love to visit again during the warmer months.

Bedrooms are spacious, kitchen is well appointed and views are spectacular. Convenient location to area attractions and dining.

Wonderful condo, nicely decorated, great beach front views, prompt elevators, on-site bar and grill with reasonably priced drinks and food, 11 total water recreation possibilities-pools/hot tub/lazy river/child waders/rain shower, close to beach with chairs/umbrella rented from City of North Myrtle Beach for much less than private providers. You will enjoy your stay at this condo!

The owner, condo, and beach was absolutely amazing. The condo was plenty of space, very well decorated and usage of space was thought out well. It was so clean, and modern. The owner was so kind, and thoughtful and communicated quickly. Best view of the ocean and beautiful soft sand!

Do not hesitate to book this beautiful oceanfront condo! It is spacious, clean, nicely decorated, has a well equipped kitchen, and the overall location is fabulous! The owner was super responsive, accommodating and helpful getting us acquainted with the area. We very much enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this condo. Hope to be back one day.

We had a great family stay. Two sets of grandparents and us with plenty of room. Great views and so many pool options for the kids.

We stayed here for a long weekend when my daughter was home from college. The condo is very well equipped and very clean. We all enjoyed the ocean front view and the location of the resort. We brought our dogs along for the trip and being on the 5th floor was very easy to come and go when we needed to go out. The owner of this unit is VERY responsive and made sure that our stay was perfect. I will definitely be looking to stay here again!!!

I highly recommend staying here. After I made the reservation I received a text from the owner thanking me for choosing the condo. That personal touch was a pleasant surprise and was indicative of the whole experience! The view is beautiful! The condo is close to the parking deck. We like to cook and found the kitchen well-equipped which was a big plus. There are several, very convenient open places to walk your dogs. It's a great place!

The condo is nice, and I’m excited that my one issue (a bed frame that was too low) has already been fixed. The indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs and play area are fun, though we stuck with indoors in January. The restaurant/bar in this building has really good food. We needed a place that would let us bring our dog along. It’s hard to find places like that. This complex was full of dogs who are happy to see you, and they help you start conversations with their owners if you choose to. My favorite thing was finding shells. I never find many when I’m there in the summer, but winter shelling here is a lot of fun. We also saw dolphins!

The condo was perfect for what I needed. The resort had wonderful amenities onsite, with additional shopping/entertainment less than 3 miles in every direction. The condo itself was well cared for with every basic we needed in place. This is a dog friendly resort, and it was fantastic. There are bag stations on both sides of the resort for picking up after your pet. All of the owners/guests we encountered were also very pet friendly. Additional parking can be purchased at the front desk which was helpful. As for the room itself, all appliances worked perfectly. The water pressure could be a little low in the shared bathroom, but that was not a real concern. The king bedroom offered a lot of space, with a clean and large (private) bathroom attached. The queen with bunk bed room was a little tight on space between myself and my two children, but it worked well for the duration of our trip. We were able to carve out individual spaces for ourselves in the room still. This bedroom has a window that views the street/walkway. The queen bedroom offered plenty of space and a good sized closet. This room also has a window that faces the street/walkway. The hallway/entryway is beautifully decorated and opens up to an open floor plan of the kitchen/dining area/living space. I loved this condo, and already miss staying there.

We were traveling to play baseball and this condo was beautiful and perfect for our family of 10! Matt was phenomenal in communicating with me and was very helpful! I’ve stayed a lot of places traveling for baseball and this by far was one of the best from the condo to the host! Exceptional in all areas!! We will definitely be back!!

As we arrived, we were already enlightened to this being one of of the best resorts on the Grand Stand. Our experience only proved that to be accurate. The staff were available, friendly, and helpful. The poolside entertainment crew had a great atmosphere going outside and the on-site restaurants/cafes were excellent. Most importantly, Bay Watch 537 was breathtaking. Huge, open spaces and rooms that were beautifully decorated were so inviting. Then there was the view. We dropped our bags and just stood there to take it in. The master suite has its own private sliding glass door access to the balcony and the ocean view from the master bed is just the way you want to start your day. Like everyday. We vacationed in luxury. This is a sweet escape! We will be back to 537!
