Great place in the city area of Penn Yan. It does lean a lot in the back of the building, so be aware of that in the back bedroom. Very clean and more space than my son and I needed. But, enjoyed all the room.

this property served us well. Very close to all the wineries around Seneca lake.
The host were so very nice and left us a welcome note and a bottle of wine which was delicious. We will definitely stay again

We had a lovely time in Penn yan for a friends wedding. 7 of us stayed and there was plenty of room! The neighbor was not very friendly and made us uncomfortable for the first few days, but other than that our stay was perfect.

Overall this house is in a great neighborhood, the house is super nice, the fenced in yard was great for my dog. Again, loved the house and location. Very clean and easy to find/get into. The only negative thing about this place is as soon as we got there and stepped out of our car the neighbor began to heckle and insult us for being there; as well as constantly watching us. Again the rental itself is amazing, there is ample space, it is clean, and in a nice area.

We had a lovely stay! Very close to everything downtown. Neighbor was rude and made everyone feel uncomfortable for the first few days but other than that our stay was perfect.

We wanted a get away for New Years this year and this was the perfect spot! Very clean and roomy & there were a lot of other kitchen / coffee supplies than anticipated which was great and the host left a beautiful bottle of wine-very nice touch!

The place is exactly as shown. Plenty of room, nicely furnished, all bed comfortable. Plenty of towels for all. Washer / Dryer in basement. Plenty of parking and on a large lot. Able to walk to local restaurants and town. Worth the price. Would stay there again if in area. Very peaceful neighborhood. .

Very clean, quiet neighborhood. Fenced yard which is nice for smaller dogs, but a little low (3 foot in sections) for our larger pup. House was clean and well appointed. Beds were comfortable. Upstairs was warm at night despite the AC so maybe pack a fan.
Walkable to town for dinner, breakfast and shopping. Convenient location to wineries, breweries and distilleries. It was nice to be able to travel with our (well behaved) dog!
Would absolutely stay here again.

This property was clean and comfy. The yard was huge and my grandson had fun playing out there.
The neighborhood was quiet and great proximity to the family wedding venue.

The house is in a nice area. Living area is comfortable and nicely decorated. The house could use more pots and pans. The upstairs did get hot in the evening but was cool in the morning.

Perfect
Worked out perfectly with fenced yard so no worry about dogs and they had a great time! Family was able to all stay for daughters wedding! Beds very comfortable! Everything we needed for a worry free weekend!

Excellent location to walk downtown and access wineries on both Keuka and Seneca lakes. Older home, but very clean and friendly for our granddog. Highly recommend, especially when it’s too cold to be on the lake.

It’s centrally located and the host was extremely responsive to any questions and also provided great recommendations for the area. We were able to visit several wineries and hiking trails with waterfalls within close driving distances. We were also within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. It was our first time to the Finger Lakes area and hope to visit again soon!

Home away from home!
The Penn Yan property was perfect for our group and we would definitely stay there again. It was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. We were able to bring our dog who enjoyed the fenced-in yard. We absolutely loved the yard and enjoyed sitting outside with some of the wine we brought back from our wine tastings, and we also loved that the yard was fully fenced so our dog could not chase after the neighborhood cats. The house is walking distance to shops and restaurants, and has easy access to trails and wineries. Oh and thank you for the welcome riesling which was delightful on our first night at the house! We could not have asked for more pleasant lodgings.

We had a great experience! The house was in excellent condition and check in was easy! The house was spacious and in great condition. Very large, fenced in yard was great for the dog!! The owners left a sheet with great ideas of things to do. While it isn’t on the water, it is a very short drive to the State Park and other spots along the lake. It is also a very short walk to the Main Street with a lot of cute shops and restaurants. The owners were very communicative and helpful! Would definitely recommend this property. We are already thinking about our next trip!!
