8 people (6 adults, 2 children - ages 5yrs & 9mths) from WA, IL and MS, converged on this home for 5 nights. It was exactly right for our needs. The open concept kitchen/dining room/living room was a perfect space to fix a meal and still be apart of all that was going on. The deck was wonderful to hang out on and enjoy the view of the lake with all its wildlife. The kitchen was very well equipped. We made good use of the coffee maker, toaster, Instant Pot, fridge/freezer with ice & water dispenser, dishwasher, stovetop/oven and microwave. I would recommend bringing your own kitchen knives as the ones with the house weren't as sharp as we'd have liked. The beds were comfortable with good quality sheets. There were plenty of absorbent bath towels & wash clothes. The washer & dryer worked great too. The Boat House with its queen bed, shower bathroom and kitchenette was a wonderful place to get a little quiet. It also had its own deck overhanging the lake and an awesome view. The owner was absolutely fantastic to work with! He was very responsive to all my e-mail questions and worked with us to make our stay a pleasure. Our family had a wonderful time together, the wedding was a huge success and we all agreed that we'd stay at this property again.

Beautiful, clean, and well-maintained! This waterfront home has everything you could want and more. The view and water access were amazing. The covered / shaded front porch overlooking the Lake Hamilton was our favorite place to rest and relax. The large modern kitchen and large adjoining living area were perfect for dining and entertaining. All of the beds / mattresses were extremely comfortable. The dockside cabin was a luxurious added bonus. The only thing that caught us by surprise was that the main house only had one (very large) shower. There was a very luxurious deep whirlpool bath in a second bathroom, as well as a second shower in the dockside cabin - no big deal! The house is also perfectly located to give convenient access to central Hot Springs. Our host, Stefan, was incredibly responsive and courteous. We would definitely return to this home for our next visit to Hot Springs - we give it our highest recommendation!

This was a wonderful place to enjoy our family vacation. It seemed all our wants and needs were anticipated and taken care of. We especially enjoyed having easy access to the lake and spent lots of time enjoying the kayaks. The house and apartment were beautiful and we had room to spend time together and still enjoy privacy. This place was perfect for our time together!

A perfect waterfront home with lots of amenities. The floor plan was great for our elderly grandmother as well. We really enjoyed the kayaks and waterfront studio apartment to accommodate multiple families with children.

I am so late leaving this review, but we loved this place so much that I still wanted to review it! We stayed back in March, and absolutely loved it. The house is absolutely beautiful!! Very spacious and beautiful views of the lake. The extra apartment is a nice space for family to spread out, and it has a dock right off it with chairs to lounge! We loved the fire pit being right by the lake. I also loved that their were two carports to protect our vehicles from the spring storms. This was a great place to go for a family get away. We had to be cautious with the kiddos on the back stairs, but that’s true of stairs anywhere. On the last day of our trip, my mom unexpectedly had to be hospitalized, and the owners were very kind and accommodating. They followed up for several days after to check on her. We would definitely like to stay at this property again!

Our stay at this home was wonderful. Very immaculate, comfy, and well stocked. Many personal touches provided and the owner was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again. Loved the decor!

Great last minute decision to stay here. Views are great. House is setup for many different activities (kayaks, sunning, reading, movies, etc. etc.). Back porch is a wonderful place to just sit and relax. We didn't use, but separate boat dock suite was very nice. The house is off the beaten path, but easy to get to and has easy access to any point of interest in and around Hot Springs. The owner of the property was easy to communicate with and all instructions for access, etc. were clearly communicated. You won't go wrong with this property.

This house is so beautiful. It sits right on the lake. The views are fantastic. The host thought of everything. If you ran out of anything, it was supplied by the host. All you need to bring is your clothes and any food you want. We went kayaking and had smores by the fire. The porch was so comfy and the sunsets were amazing. We hope to come back next year!
