The shower curtains were bad so o bought new ones. The beds were not comfortable because they were on metal slats with no box spring. Other than the master shower it was clean. Toaster and coffee pot were very cheap. Not on the water.

Overall great place. Screen doors need some work and not enough toilet tissue or paper towels, but other than that we would definitely come back to stay. Marina was closed due to storms prior to to stay so we couldn’t use boat slip, but no fault to the owner.

House was as nice as pictures ,well equipped , comfy beds ,plenty of parking . the marina was very close and had good food and entertainment on the Saturday , hope to return soon .

Clean and plenty of room! Great parking for truck and trailers! 10 min drive to Cumberland Trail Head.
Quiet , no campground noise like all the ATV locations ..
We will definitely stay here again.

Lovely home!
This home was so lovely! Perfect place to come home to after a long day boating on the lake. We thoroughly enjoyed it! We will be back!

Fun time
The rental was as described and looked just like the pictures. Communication with the owner was easy as was checking in. The lockbox was handy. The rental was spotless and had everything we needed for a relaxing few days at the lake. The proximity to the marina was fantastic. We rented a pontoon for a couple days and thoroughly enjoyed our time. Thank you for sharing your lake house with us.

We had a wonderful time in the very lovely home. It was very welcoming and was decorated so cute. It was in a perfect location for us. My family lives in that area and was able to come by and visit. We had a wonderful time and the hostess Amanda was always a phone call away. She was amazing. Thank you for a awesome vacation.

Great weekend trip!
The property was exactly as advertised. Amanda was fantastic to work with and communication was wonderful. The house was clean and all essential items were available. Amble parking for boat trailer and extra car made it great and a hassle free weekend to spend at the lake.

Peaceful and beautiful!
This property was perfect! It had everything we needed and then some. The location was in a quiet neighborhood close to everything. It is within walking distance to the marina where you can rent a boat and/or get fantastic food. Amanda was great to work with. If I were to ever come back to the area, I would definitely stay here again!

Vacation Home away from home
We had a wonderful time in the very lovely home. It was very welcoming and was decorated so cute. It was in a perfect location for us. My family lives in that area and was able to come by and visit. This property was nicely decorated, clean and was easy communication with manager of that property. Was very pleased receiving message with schedule of activities at local marina. White sheets and white towels definitely made feel safe and welcome. Covered boat slip definitely plus to that property, we had boat for two days and rain over night was not a big deal to have good start on a boat. Definitely recommend this place. Only two things that I missed, was hairdryer and beach towels, other then that I would give five stars for this property.

Amanda was a wonderful host! The house and the property are very well kept. You’ll be able to use everything the house is provided with and it is wonderful. So close to the water, boat rentals, grocery stores, and food. We absolutely loved our stay here and we will be back, thanks again!
