Place was clean and as promised. The location was great, and the building is pretty quiet. The balcony was a really nice touch, and provided a good view of the sunset. The host was responsive and helpful before and throughout our stay. There are plenty of restaurants, shops, and sites within walking distance--or you can catch a taxi/ride share very easily just a block away. Being such a small street it is very difficult to find a "free" time to drop off/pick up luggage and people in front of the building without blocking the whole street (which is very narrow). Two flights of stairs or one very nice elevator to get you up to the place--so no problem with accessibility. Apartment is cozy (small) but the beds are super comfortable and the blackout curtains help you to sleep for as long as you would like. Fridge and freezer are ample, dishwasher was fine, washer/dryer (one unit) was a blessing. Kitchen was a little sparse in utensils like spatulas or large bowls if you were planning to cook. But there are so many amazing restaurants--why cook? We'd recommend this as long as you aren't looking to cook for yourself--it was a great place for our family!

It was a beautiful apartment. We felt very safe. Photos were accurate. Highly recommend this stay and would rent again

We were so comfortable for the 2 days we stayed here. They had all the amenities needed and more! So much storage space for bags and clothes if you were staying for longer. Very quite and safe place. Location was good. Although we went in August and lots or places were closed for the afternoon..They take siesta seriously :)

Everything very clean. Very good location in Seville. Extremely nice stay.
