A pochi passi dalla spiaggia di Burriana e dal lungomare, la villa si trova a Nerja, in un quartiere tranquillo, a meno di 15 minuti a piedi da spiaggia, negozi e ristoranti. La villa offre un luminoso soggiorno con accesso a un’ampia terrazza arredata con vista sulla piscina, cucina open space ben attrezzata con lavastoviglie, lavatrice e microonde. Sala TV con divano letto matrimoniale, 3 camere matrimoniali con letti doppi e 2 bagni. Il bagno principale dispone di vasca idromassaggio. La capienza massima è di 7 persone. Pros: There is lots of space indoors and a delightful outdoor terrace for al fresco meals. The location is very good. It is OK to walk to the beach or to Nerja town centre, but you need to be able to manage some pretty steep bits of road and steps.
The nearby supermarket is big and modern (the villa has a shopping cart for use). Great kitchen. Good wi-fi. Also international satellite TV.
Cons: The hills and steps that define Nerja stretched our oldest family member!

Pros: Was lucky to stay at this beautiful villa in both August and September. It has a great pool with lovely outside areas. Inside the rooms are spacious and modern. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need.
Lynn went above and beyond to make our stay perfect .Nothing was too much trouble . Showed great understanding during the Covid Times.
Will definitely be returning to this beautiful Villa.

Pros: We’ve just returned from a weeks holiday here. The villa was beautiful, great layout and the pool was well kept. Would definitely return. The location was a very short walk to both supermarket and down to the beach.

This is a lovely property, however it needs some work and refurbishment, the photos shown in the ad look to be from a very long time ago. Many of the outside lights dont work and the water system is just not fit for purpose. It is a gas geyser type set up which gives hot water ok but the pressure is desperate and we couldn't get hot water upstairs. The only workable shower downstairs had a leaking / broken shower head. We had no hot water initially when we arrived, it was eventually sorted, the switch needed new batteries, but the system isn't fit for purpose. There was also an awful drain smell in the toilet sink upstairs. There were 5 old patio lattice type pieces of furniture outside, 3 of them had large holes in them and couldn't be sat on, and despite a large number of sun beds, these were old and filthy and many of them broken. The cushions for the sunbeds were also filthy all we could do was but a number of towels over them to use. Check-in was also not great and we felt were being scammed for more money for an extra cleaner so we could check in early.
