Clean and welcoming. Comfortable beds and furniture. We enjoyed playing Ms. Pac-Man.

This was such a cozy spot, it really felt like a home away from home. Plenty of room to relax and breathe, easily accommodating our group of four adults and a child. I have literally never been out of town and been so relaxed that I've chosen to take a nap instead of running around finding things to do. Absolutely loved the fire pit out back until the weather disagreed with us. Appliances are all modern as was the interior feel of the home. WiFi strength was solid throughout the house. Loved the front porch / sun room, especially at night. The neighborhood was surprisingly quiet for a Saturday evening. The Henry Doorly Zoo is within walking distance, and The Old Market is a short drive up the road. Plenty of available activities and entertainment in the area. The Admiral Theater is also within walking distance if you're booking for a show (which was our original reasoning, but the show was cancelled). And most importantly, the water was HOT! Thanks so much, Kat! Hope to stay here again!

The house was really cute with a cozy feel inside. We visited Omaha with our kids and another couple and the house is in a really convenient location to downtown and the zoo. Kat was very friendly and responses were quick.

We stayed here during the week of The Fourth of July! Parking was the biggest downfall. Multiple times we had to park across or down the street from the VRBO. Kat was amazing and very responsive to any questions or concerns. The house was clean and well represented from the pictures. Stairs were steep and took some getting used to. Overall we would stay again! Location to the zoo and other bigger attractions was fabulous.

Poppa & I decided to take 2 of our grandchildren on vacation with us this year. We had a BLAST! This property was very clean and a short drive to the zoo and many other kid friendly activities including awesome water parks. Kat was wonderful, my grandson left his blanket behind and she shipped it too us in North Dakota. You really can't find a host as gracious and easy to work with. Thanks Kat!! We hope to see you again on a future visit, (without the grandkids, lol).

The property is a very nice place. We loved the house and fire pit. Parking was a small issue but we were able to find a place to park a couple houses down. I will warn anyone that has issues with steps that there is some leading up to the home but other than that this place was the perfect home away from home. I would definitely rent it again if i come back to omaha.

It was a very cozy and well-maintained home. A very cute front porch. The kids loved the PAC Man arcade. The front steps were a little of a concern but overall a good central location to many activities. Kat was good to work with and gets back to you quickly.

Great little property in a convenient location and the way she’s set it up and decorated it is so beautiful. It was a perfect place for us to stay while our daughter was recuperating from surgery. We would rent it again!

The property itself is in a perfect location for hitting the Zoo and Old Market areas. Most nights it was very quiet, but Saturday night the direct neighbor played loud Karaoke until late at night. Property owner was very responsive and even drove to the neighbor's house to get him to stop so Kat was very good. Just know that there might be some very loud music somewhat randomly at this location. Everything else was near perfect.

Stay went well and quick responses from the host when I had a few questions. We had multiple vehicles so parking was a little difficult but nothing too bad! Overall enjoyed our stay and the closeness to activities.

Cute house~Great Location!
This is a very charming house close to downtown, and the zoo. The house is very well decorated, and had all the amenities we needed to make this comfortable for three generations who stayed here.
The check in process was very smooth, and Kat was very helpful and communicated well throughout our stay.
We will definitely stay again should we have a trip like this planned again!

Our goal was to meet in Omaha to enjoy each other’s company and to explore the Zoo. We accomplished both with the lovely accommodations with Kat. The house was delightful and very comfortable. Easy to get to the zoo and with Kat’s recommendations for eating and activities we had a great time. The outside stairs were a little trying but we were troopers. Don’t know if we will be back to the Omaha area but if we do we will for sure rent from Kat again. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

Our goal was to meet in Omaha to enjoy each other’s company and to explore the Zoo. We accomplished both with the lovely accommodations with Kat. The house was delightful and very comfortable. Great Stay in Delightful Property
My four adult daughters and I had a lovely stay in this cute home. The bedrooms and bathroom are just the right size. The kitchen, dining room and living room are large, expansive and well-stocked. Everything is clean and easy to find. We especially enjoyed the firepit in the back yard. The location has easy access to downtown, zoo, the botanical gardens, and the interstate. The neighborhood is diverse and homey, the neighbors seemed nice. The entire process of check-in, communication, and check-out were easy and simple. We appreciated the property owner's checking in with us during our stay to make sure we had all we need. We've already discussed staying here again when we all get together.

Great Location, Great house
Highly recommend. Kat has thought of everything, including providing some cookies and coffee! Perfect when arriving.
Bedding and beds are comfortable, living area is large, kitchen had everything I needed to prepare simple meals. The entire house is filled with light from big windows, has comfortable big living areas and is super clean. Even though I was there by myself, the house could easily accommodate a family. One does need to be able to bring your suitcase up the outside stairs. Excellent rental.
