Our family came into town for 5 days for my son's wedding in Tampa. There were 14 of us that stayed. The house was perfect for us and very comfortable with plenty of room. We did enjoy the heated pool! Host was quick to respond to any questions. Definitely would stay again!

Accommodations were perfect for our family Christmas Celebration. Host was over the top thoughtful responsive and accommodating. We had a fabulous time!!

This is a beautifully decorated home, very clean and spacious. The host was very kind. Th kitchen offered all of the basic essentials and then some. I would definitely recommend this rental and the next time I'm in Tampa would definitely stay here.

The pictures do not do the home justice. The house is gorgeous both inside and out. Host made sure we had everything from plenty of towels to seasonings in the pantry. Home had coffee pot, toaster, air fryer, etc. Property was clean and pool cleaned a few times during the stay. Host checked in with us to ensure we didn’t need anything. Will book anytime I’m in the area. We loved it!

The highlight of my visit in Tampa was staying at this property. Everything was as stated and better! The host was amazing and responded to my every request with professionalism and in a timely manner. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Tampa.

We had 10 adults and a one year old coming in from 4 states for USF Graduation. This home was perfect for all of us. The pool was beautiful and enjoyed by all! The owners reply VERY quick if anything is needed! We would definitely stay here again when in Tampa with a group!

We took our kids and grandkids to Tampa for Spring Break. The house owners thought of everything. Our grandkids loved the pool, and the neighborhood park was just a short walk away. We had a wonderful time.

The house is big and clean along with lots of stocked items to enjoy. House is very accommodating. Responsive host. Definitely recommend this house! The outside is nicely set up. Waterfall pool is a nice touch making it feel like your at a resort!

This house is Amazing! We had a "Grammy's, Mom's and Kids" weekend planned with a 7 month old, 4 year old and 5 year old. Each parent had their own room, which was Fantastic! There were plenty of bathrooms which was very important! We spent a day at Busch Gardens and a day at the Florida Aquarium. Both were conveniently located to this house. The pool was great too! Definitely a 5 star property!

We had a group of 8 stay here for a week in March. Grandma and grandpa, family of 4 with kids 11 and 13, and also another couple and there was plenty of room for everyone.
Lots of TVs in the facility and excellent TV programming.
House was very clean, neighbourhood is quiet. Lots of room in the driveway. We had 2 cars.
Pool is nice and warm. There is a lot of foliage in the area so leaves fall in the pool. They had a pool man come and clean it multiple times during our stay. It was no trouble at all.
We will definitely rebook this great location.

Owner communicated well. Property was comfortable, spacious, clean and located minutes from zoo and Bush Gardens. Everyone had a great time. Linens, towels, soap and shampoo were well stocked. Kitchen was well stocked.

The house was great. Enough room for us 5 adults and 2 teenagers to not be on top of each other. The kitchen has everything you could ask for! We had a convention at Bush Gardens and it took less than 15 minutes to drive there! Food and stores right around the corner! My only complaint was the water temperature, just never seemed to be hot enough. However this would not stop me from recommending this home away from home. Because my idea of “hot”
may not be yours!

This place was perfect for our family vacation! Plenty of room for everyone-there were 9 of us! The kitchen is huge and the dining table fit all of us. The family room was spacious-TVS in each room helps when everyone wanted to watch their shows. The outdoor pool area was absolutely the right space! We had plenty of lounge chairs, tables to play games, TV, the pool was used constantly! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. Thank you to our host-super responsive and very thoughtful!

I was concerned that the property would not be as described. We were pleasantly surprised that EVERYTHING was as described and worked as intended. The property was emaculant and it made our vacation that much more enjoyable. We definitely plan to stay at THIS PROPERTY again!

Our family of 9 enjoyed a week in the house it was well stocked and had plenty of room for everyone. Check in was very easy. Loved the outdoor space with the heated pool. Very close to Bush Gardens and the Zoo. It was darn near perfect.

This property exceeded our expectations. The house was very clean, more space than we imagined. Perfect for our party of 9. We still had plenty of room to move around. The hosts were amazing. They accommodated our request for early arrival, responded immediately to emails, and checked to make sure any concern was taken care of. The house was beautiful. It is in a area that you can find anything from grocery stores, to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. I would definitely book with them in the future.

Nice spacious house very quiet neighborhood
The house was very spacious for everyone to have their own areas. We barely heard the teenagers or saw them. There are 3 sitting areas outside in the backyard. Pool was awesome everything was so relaxing. House was clean with lots of extra amenities. Would definitely stay here again!!

Family Vacation
The house was more than I expected. Very spacious and fully stocked. The layout of the home was very accommodating. The art work done Yuly was amazing! It added a bright touch to the home. The heated pool was enjoyed by all. The outdoor living space was perfect!
Yuly was were responsive if we had any questions. I would absolutely stay her again!

A Wonderful Stay!
We had a family group of 11 stay here while in the area for a family wedding. The layout allowed for each family to have a living area with private bathroom. The house is very clean and well stocked with kitchen appliances, towels and toiletries. The pool area was like a mini paradise, very private. The pool is very clean and is perfect for wading and lounging around. There are plenty of outside seating options. Following a storm, the pool was cleaned. Yuly was very responsive and accommodating from our booking and throughout our stay. The location is close to Busch Gardens, Clearwater Beach, the airport and many great dining out locations. We loved our stay and would definitely book again!

I was very pleased with this house that I stayed in Sandy’s paradise was absolutely wonderful me and my family was very comfortable communication between the One + I was awesome I enjoyed every bit of that home there and can’t wait to go back to stay there again we enjoyed everything there they had everything you can think of all ready to make you feel comfortable like at home I have my graduation UMA that was the reason why I was in Tampa Florida and it was just like being there at their home was like a home away from home me and my family were very pleased and happy thank you guys for all.

I was very pleased with this house that I stayed in Sandy’s paradise was absolutely wonderful me and my family was very comfortable communication between the One + I was awesome I enjoyed every bit of that home there and can’t wait to go back to stay there again we enjoyed everything there they had everything you can think of all ready to make you feel comfortable like at home I have my graduation UMA that was the reason why I was in Tampa Florida and it was just like being there at their home was like a home away from home me and my family were very pleased and happy thank you guys for all.

The stay from Thursday to Sunday was awesome. The property has everything you need and more. The hospitality from the time we pulled in driveway was everything. The property manager was available and willing to help and any time. All around great experience. Now I have to bring my wife and kids to the house before the summer is over. Thanks again for everything
