The house was in perfect shape and everything was as it was presented in the pictures. The pool was perfect for our needs and plenty of room if you wanted to lay or sit in the sun. This house has plenty of room. Kitchen was big and laid out nicely. Oven microwave stove and oven top with 5 eyes. I did see a grill but didn’t use it. Loved being right on the water and could sit in the rocking chairs with morning coffee looking at it. This house to being close to town you never heard anything. The neighborhood was friendly and quiet. The owner got sick but still checked in with me through the week several times to make sure everything was going as I wanted. I couldn’t find anything negative to put in here. They also had kayaks and dishing poles for use.

Great location in Crystal River for our family reunion. A unique and comfortable home. We used the kayaks daily and saw dolphins & manatees in the channel across the street. Thanks Annie!

Some outlets didn't work.Mold in the caulking in the bathtub. I purchased a spray with bleach and sent before and after pictures to the owner. Pots in the kitchen in poor shape. The coffee pot was dirty.The owner was sent pictures.With her approval I tossed (1) frying pan in the trash. Not all people know how to clean a house. And when the owner dosn't make surprise visits on her cleaning crew or person, they don't know what shortcuts they are taking.We use to do VRBO cleanings, and always got our client an honest 5 star rating. This owner seemed to be surprised by my suggestions. Maybe the word "clean" resonates differently.The showers on all 3 levels would go from hot to cold before you could get the soap off of yourself or out of your hair. The air mattress in the downstairs area should be stated as such and not beds, they were to high and my brother in law said very uncomfortable, so he choose to sleep on the couch. The owner did give back a small return. But without being nasty I felt it was overpriced for what we recieved. I could continue with the issues but not sure it would be worth it on this format.I did several loads of towels and sheets, before we left. I sent pictures to show what was done to the owner.
