The owner's communication was beyond exceptional. The home was clean, cozy and we loved being so close to the light rail. We highly recommended and will be back!

I was pleased beyond belief. The property was ultra clean and modern and in a convenient location. No snags whatsoever. If you kept the next window open, it was a little traffic/highway noisey. Neighbors were great too. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great place but kitchen, bathroom, walls and patio were dirty/unkept. Place just needs some personal one on one detailed attention to make it a great place for guests again.

There house is comfortable and in good condition. Everything seems fairly new and updated. Nice kitchen with lots of equipment. Close to light rail.

This house was a great choice for our family. Our family was able to really relax and rest at the end of our busy and long days. The beds were all so comfortable and well dressed with beautiful comforters and linens. Joanne was amazing at responding quickly to messages during our stay and even weeks before check-in. All of my questions were answered and addressed. It was a breeze getting to and from the light rail, even with our 3 children. The neighborhood was quiet. Overall we’re happy we picked this house/location in a city where we had never traveled to before! We hope to return in the near future and stay here again.

There was room for all of us - 6 adults, 3 young ones. The 3rd room has two twins but that was clear in the description and ok with us. Prices in Seattle are all high but this was more reasonable. Close to transit. Host was very responsive and very nice. Very clean.

This is the first time I have used VRBO. This property was very clean. We were able to take our dogs with us. Everything we needed for our stay was provided. Very very happy with the entire process and the property.

This is a lovely townhome - perfect for our family gathering of 5 adults and a small child. The home was just as pictured in the listing and Joanne was a very responsive host. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The A/C was a real plus in a warm Seattle summer. Definitely recommend!
