An absolutely amazing property. Super clean, great location, great communication. Highly recommend!

Check in was easy, the condo was beautifully appointed and clean. The view was beautiful and the beach access was wonderful. You can't beat the location either. Many places to eat and shop were within walking distance. We truly enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful time and I love staying at Gulf Shores, and along this beach. It's one of my favorite places. Can't wait to come back.

Our stay was wonderful. This was our first time seeing the ocean and it was an experience we’ll never forget.

First time in Gulf Shores and after reading hundreds of reviews of dozens of condos went with the Seawinds 1406 and it did not disappoint! It was clean, fresh, perfectly furnished, with fantastic views! I read several reviews saying the elevator was a problem-it is somewhat slow and crowded but we never had an issue. Maybe had to wait 5 mins one time but the views were well worth the elevator ride. Did not have any issues being next to the elevator either. I would 100% recommend the condo to friends and family! There is a grocery store literally across the street for coffee, water and adult beverages. The Sea N Suds is right in front. The Original Oyster House is worth the wait and there are several little shops and a daiquiri place all within "wait time buzzer" distance. Seawinds is centrally located with a gorgeous view.

This was a beautiful place to stay. We were very happy with everything, including the bedding. A/C kept us cool. The picture of the large couch on the balcony was one of the reasons we picked this place to stay. The couch was used frequently by everyone. The location of this condo was very central to Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. Couldn't have picked a better spot. Elevators were good too. Still miss being on the balcony.

We had a wonderful vacation and I am not complaining because the Sea Winds was nice and affordable, but these are just things to be aware of so that you do not let them interfere with the good times you are going to have on your trip-1. there are only two elevators for the 18 floors, so they can get packed with everyone taking their beach wagons (recommend you take wagons down to the beach at non-peak times, and just leave on beach with your stuff; just be prepared to wait when you check in; when you check out - have a few people take down wagons before everyone else gets ready and start packing car as easier to get on elevator carrying something and not with wagons) 2. Be aware that the pool is fairly small (considering the size of the condo) and there is not a good area to lay out (I don't care because I go to the beach to go to the ocean but you wouldn't be as happy if you were one who just wanted to stay at the pool and lay out; lots of kids in hot tub and pool) 3. Splash pad is so fun for little kids and even an 18 month old child can walk from one side to the other without it going over head 4. in our unit, one of the bedrooms is super small and the bed touches 3 walls (we made it work out because this couple put the baby in a port-a-crib in the laundry room where she slept to have quiet and not be in same room. 5. The beach in front of the Sea Winds get packed! We walked under the pier/restaurant and sat in front of that condo as it didn't get so full 6. Need to know that only umbrellas or "tents" with a middle pole and no outside poles (considered an umbrella but look like a tent) are allowed close to the beach and in front of the umbrellas and chairs you rent. Real tents with poles on each side have to go way back in line with trash cans (need to know as tons of people set their tents up, then had to move them when lifeguard came by and told them the new rules on the beach) 7. All the people staying at the Sea Winds were casual and super friendly!

We were very pleased with the property, great location, very clean, well furnished, especially loved the balcony. We hope to visit again.

Loved the balcony view and size! Convenient beach access, clean and nicely decorated, large laundry room, great wagon for beach stuff.

The only thing I would change is the location of the room. The room was wonderful inside and out but being next to the elevator left for a lot of unwanted noise. Otherwise everything was perfection and exactly as portrayed in the ad. We enjoyed our stay very much!

This condo complex is located very conveniently! Overall quiet and uncrowded on the beach during our stay. Furnishings were comfortable and clean....LOVE the outdoor furniture as well! Pics on website showed 3rd bedroom having a twin-over-full bunk set, which was a huge plus in choosing this property, but upon arrival, turns out that room just had one queen bed ....since we were planning on 2 teens sharing that room, the single bed was kind of a bummer. We managed, but updated pics would be a good idea! Other than that, the whole experience was great!

A clean and beautiful property, with absolutely nothing negative for the whole week. Any questions or concerns were quickly addressed via text and we had a wonderful time! 10/10 recommend and we will be returning vacationers!

This property was nice and gave a picture perfect view of the ocean,however it didn't get as cool as expected hence all the box fans etc...the elevator wait is also ridiculous which is not the owners fault but ve prepared as 1 went out during checkout and it took an additional 30 minutes plus waiting for an available one Overall everything else was accomodating

The condo was wonderful ! Cleaner than clean , beautiful furnishings, looks brand new in every room , beautiful ocean front porch ! We would stay here again in a flash !
