Great location to all the bars and restaurants and a short walk to the beach and boardwalk! Super clean and nice amenities inside the condo.

The condo itself was just as described. Nicely decorated with comfy beds. Location worked well for my handicapped husband. He was able to go out and about using his mobility scooter. The only complaint is the elevator needs some work. It’s very jumpy and the floor needs replaced.

LOCATION-LOCATION-LOCATION!! If you love being right in the center of it all. Short walk to the beach, restaurants, package store and convenience store. Condo was beautifully decorated and clean. Washer and Dryer were wonderful to have. Elevator, but easy trip up one flight of stairs. We even grilled on the charcoal grills on our last day while we enjoyed the picnic tables. We will definitely be back next year!

Our stay was perfect! From the moment we walked in the door, the unit was sooo welcoming. Check in was a breeze. We loved being able to walk to all the restaurants as well as the beach and shops. We will definitely be returning!

The property was bright, spacious. convenient(otherthan parking), providing all of the amenities that the family needed. It was a little difficult to locate initially. One thing that was worrisome was the elevator. It made some atrocious sounds when operating. We really enjoyed the rental and how convenient it was to the beach. The rental cost was reasonable.

No complaints with in the condo. Everything was as showed in VRBO. I would suggest if they could have cleaned the parking lot a bit better. Looks like there was a dog pile from weeks ago and was stinking.

The condo was lovely. It was a beautiful home away from home. I didn’t feel like it was a rental, it was immaculately clean and decorated. It had all the touches that a seaside retreat should have! It was wonderfully situated near the beach and shopping. I love the Mermaid Cottages. Their homes are beautiful and they themselves are so helpful and pleasant! I would definitely rent this condo again in the future! Thank you for a wonderful time!

This condo is the perfect option for a family of 4 to get to the beach and not get back in the car. The beach is close but so is the ice cream shop, souveneir stores, the grocery store and multiple restaurant options. The property managers were so kind and easy to work with - would definitely recommend this property!

Things got a little loud outside, since we were right by all the bars, but turning on the ceiling fans help drown out the noise. Communication was a bit off. They sent a lot of emails telling us about checking in/out and they even have an app to download with more information. But, when I emailed them a quick question, I never heard back. The condo is clean and well decorated, but a few very minor issues: there were no paper towels and there were old used coffee grounds still in the coffee maker that I had to clean out. Nothing major. Overall, a great condo at a great location with plenty of space.
