We rented for a long weekend for a Wedding in Spring Lake. Could not find anything reasonable in Grand Haven or Spring Lake. Only about 25 Minutes from both-so worked out great! Still had the beach without the crazy Grand Haven/Spring Lake crowd and traffic. The pictures do not doit justice!! Beautiful, clean, everything you need and more. Three bedrooms each have a full bath. One has a crib tucked in a large closet. Already set up and private and quiet. The from room/ office area also has two twin beds if needed. Communication with the Host was fantastic They truly seem happy to have you there and want you to enjoy your stay. Even left a gift basket with snacks for us. Location is awesome. Right across from "The Deck". A popular restaurant and bar on the beach Nightly bands. Fun atmosphere. The home has plenty of outdoor seating two fire pits, regular and gas. Lots of parking, comfy beds and great water pressure i n shower:) Kitchen has all the supplies. Maybe bring paper products to avoid wasting your vacation time doing dishes-although they have dishwasher too. You'll wish you could stay longer. We would definitely rebook!

House was great again. The property manager was able to resolve our issues quickly. The beach house has cornhole and towels but no beach chairs, so bring your own.

Very responsive, brilliantly clean, incredibly hospitable. There were so many problems we didn't have because of how well this property was run. The location was perfect for us, and the highest praise I can say is that we didn't have to think about what we didn't want to think about it. The only minor snafu was the fire pit was broken, but the manager sent someone out to look at it within the hour even though it was late at night. Deeply appreciated.

Absolutely fantastic stay at Beachy Keen. Located steps from beautiful lakeshore, and The Deck! Upon arrival my expectations were exceeded by how clean, open and bright this home is. Kitchen is stocked with anything you could possibly need, plenty of towels, and beach towels for our beach day. Although we did not utilized the fire pits at night due to wind, having 2 options available was amazing. We did used the gas grill which was conveniently located off the kitchen, and communication with host if I had random questions were all answered in a very timely manner. We were able to walk across the street to "the Deck" restaurant and bar to enjoy a night of good food, and great live music. We had 2 ladies with knee replacements and the walk to the beach and restaurant was fast, and super easy for everyone. We were a group of ladies getting together for a handful of reasons, and we will be back! We had an amazing time. Clean rooms, very responsive and helpful Host, stocked kitchen, and plenty of amenities. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!
