House is a great set up with a bathroom for every bed room. Really enjoyed it and would definitely stay here again.

I liked that they had enough toilet paper and Scott towels. The kitchen had enough pots and pans that we could do a Thanksgiving dinner.

Condo is spacious and clean and even prettier in person. It is close to shopping and nightlife, yet quiet. Loved it!

This was a beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood. The house had everything we needed (including an iron and hairdryers- even though they were not listed!). It was perfect for a girls weekend in Nashville-everything was a quick Uber ride away! The property manager was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again...

It was very nice, clean, spacious and a good location. The description sounded like the owner was very available to give us suggestions as we were first timers to Nashville. We had no issues but would suggest a booklet with info regarding various restaurants nearby or must see things to do. No tissues, and the garbage outside was over flowing and smelled. Maybe another garbage barrel would help. I wouldn’t want to have to cook a meal there as there was only salt and pepper for condiments and it seemed an over abundance of fancy glassware and not enough everyday utensils and glassware. Overall it was just fine.

Location was great and the space was perfect. Lots of room for my husband and I and three grown children. Very comfortable sitting area! Good dining and well stocked kitchen.
The place was generally clean but a couple of areas overlooked: toilet brush holder upstairs bath had dirty water in it, towels looked washed but some had stains; trashcan in downstairs bath was missing the actual can insert.
Sheets were clean, fresh, and soft- however, bottom sheets were not fitted and at times would come off mattress.
Key pad- the 10 digit code had to be re-entered more than once for it to work.
The one thing that I have come to expect from Vrbo homes is - coffee! Every place we have stayed in the past provided coffee, at least for the first morning.
Mentioned all this on text to property manager and received a friendly and polite text back thanking me for feedback, at 3am. Computer generated?
It was overall a pleasant stay, just a little more attention to detail would have made it perfect.

A busy-ish residential location with a 3 minute drive to Broadway to the East, and green rolling hills and sprawling estates the the West. The home is very roomy and well accessorized. An open floor with kitchen, dining and living room for all, a quaint little front porch, and three bedroom/baths on the top and bottom floors which offer real privacy.

Great location and property but it took a long time to get ahold of the management company when we were checking in. Our group also wished the paper products would have been a little nicer (very thing trashbags, paper towels, toilet paper). Otherwise, the property was great! Beds were comfortable and there was a lot of space!

Location was great, safe neighborhood. Easy to access public bus routes and some food within walking distance. Smaller room with twins beds pretty cramped both bathroom and room and beds very noisy. Upstairs porch could be cleaner, along with ceiling fans. No wine opener found, could have used more dish soap, laundry and dish detergent for a week long stay.

This property was as advertised. Great space to spread out; indoor and outdoor. Plenty of seating for eating or playing games/cards. The kitchen had sufficient glassware and dishes. This location is in a quiet neighborhood a short drive/Uber ride to all the action in downtown Nashville. There wasn’t additional linens/towels available and one of the bathrooms was lacking a bath mat.

Enjoyed the stay very much, but there were several tiny ants? On first floor bathroom tile. Never saw them anywhere else though. The twin beds really need to be replaced, can barely move, and they make noise. Aside from that, we would stay again at the same unit! My family loved it!!

We enjoyed our stay at this Nashville property. We had a problem gaining initial access but we were able to reach Vacasa by phone. It took about 10-15 minutes to resolve. We are used to having physical contact with a local Property Manager. This property is managed from another state. Some amenities not mentioned in the property description is a hair dryer and coffee maker (drip and Kerrigan). Overall, it was a good experience and we would consider staying at this property again.

The house was clean and a great size for group of 6. But had issues with smoke detectors going off the first night we were there. When I called Vacasa, Jason was extremely rude. They didn’t come for 2 days to correct problem.

Overall our stay at this Nashville condo was good. The condo was generally clean and adequate but there were certainly areas that could have made our stay better.
The condo was sparsely supplied. For example, for our week long stay they provided only one dish towel, one bath towel per bathroom but no extras. There was not even a single pot holder to be found. There were no extra blankets in any of the bedrooms.
Silverware, utensils and cookware were a hodgepodge similar to a college apartment.
The garage was in incredibly small. Although I have a standard full size truck, in order to close the garage door I had to pull my truck in so far there was literally two inches both in front and back of the truck. This blocked access to the door to enter the condo.

The house is beautiful and spacious. We had 6 adults staying and felt like there was plenty of room. The tv in downstairs bedroom was broken, remote missing batteries. The drain in the upstairs bath/ shower was completely plugged and filled with hair. We couldn’t get in contact with anyone so we had to walk to the store and buy Draino to clean it out. The sheets had visible stains on them as well. Other than that the location is decent I just wish there was a way to communicate with the listing agent.

We got in late and weren’t able to gain entry into the unit- their front door lock was broken and wouldn’t engage. Their key box also failed. They said we would have to wait for someone to come out. I asked about the garage, which hadn’t occurred to them. Took awhile, but we got in through that. They later offered to come fix the issue, which I said yes to. Nobody showed up and it remained broken for our stay. They offered to credit me money but then wouldn’t do it at the end. (We had to use the garage access the entire time.)
We left an item in the unit. It’s $25 for them to merely look into it. Downstairs bedroom tv wasn’t hooked up. 25 minutes of digging through the dust bunnies behind the dresser to do it. Washing machine (not dryer) leaves massive lint on all dark clothes. Not sure what that’s about… but why bother asking.
It’s a decent rental, but obviously pricey. Bad management. Cross your fingers that nothing goes wrong.

Great location for all the things and places we wanted to go! Felt safe and loved having the garage to park in. The place is super cute and fit us perfectly! The twin beds on the bottom level are very loud if you barely move in them, not good for two people to share this room. More towels would have been great to have. Would definitely recommend this place and stay there again

As described. Working with vacasa was a nightmare. THEY are just the middleman and requests might get to the local staff, but the requests/concerns are never met. No instructions for tvs, though they are in every room No pot holders though they was requested on day one. Some of us actually cook and have wine and do not drive after that. Kitchen was well equipped, but no way to conveniently get pans out of the oven. Maybe we are the only people who cook in some when on vacay. The vacasa people just wanted to pass it all along and say "anything else we can do for you?" Are they even located in Nashville? I doubt it.

The property itself was nice. It was described at shown. It was close enough to have a short Uber ride to where we wanted to go. There was a dirty glass in the sink when we arrived and stains on one of the bedsheets. We thought this was supposed to be a safe neighborhood - however one of our vehicles as well as a couple others who were staying at the property were broken into. They were parked by the apartments and not on the streets. We know this is not the part of the rental companies problem but not having a safe place for our vehicles was concerning. They provided a garage but ours was only capable of fitting one vehicle as they had a large storage unit in the other half.

This home was so clean and beautifully done. It had everything we needed. It was within walking distance of so many cool places and everywhere we went by car was within a 5 mile radius. Publix was only a block away so we were easily able to run over there to keep the fridge stocked. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Home is well kept, well stocked kitchen, and clean. Enjoyed the stay. We would stay here again.

We had an absolute blast and the house was great. 3 couples and we were all able to have our own space, but spend time together in the great open kitchen or on the deck. Thanks for the great space
