Very nice location, just a walk to the beach on a pathway! Being on a corner is nice but the sun beats down. A/C needed to be cooler! Next time we would bring a better frying pan!

I enjoyed our stay everything was clean down stair bathroom was broke they came Saturday evening and fix it the only thing was there was not any early or late check in or out I think 10 is a bit early for check out all around good stay

Awesome location, easy to get to the beach. Townhome had everything needed to prepare meals. Nice pool, met some great people. My only complain and it is minor is the 10 am check out time. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for 3 nights and it fit 9 of us comfortably. The house was clean and cute. The pool was decent, but seemed smaller than the pictures show. The only negative thing about this property is the walls are VERY thin. We were contacted 9 times one evening because of noise complaints, when there was only 4 of us sitting around the kitchen table talking - but the pool was insanely loud with music and screaming. Not sure if whoever reported the noise complaint was confused about where the sound was coming from, but noise travels very well within the complex.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Location is good for quick access to Whitecap Beach, but the main street in front of the community gets pretty loud with cars reving their engines throughout the day. House was clean upon arrival. The owner did not offer early check-in or late checkout which was disappointing. Especially since their checkout was at 10am. Thats early for a checkout and I have not stayed at a property with a checkout before 11am. The rooms were an adequate size not too big or small. Access to pool was good. We had an issue with the air conditioning upon arrival, so spent half the day on Friday waiting for it to be fixed. Once "fixed" it took about another half day for the house to get "cool". It only got down to 74 from 75, but at least the humidity inside the house was reduced which made it feel cooler. Appreciate the quick response, just wish we didn't have to deal with it in the first place. Also, I received a notification that there was excessive noise coming from our property around 9pm. There was more noise coming from the pool area that night than from us, so I just dismissed it as a mistake. Overall we enjoyed our stay and didn't let little things get in the way of our vacation. However, due to the checking and checkout times I would not stay again. Just a personal preference.

This was a perfect location for my husbands family and us to stay, swim, tan, and explore. It was close enough that my husband and could drive into the city for work each day, but also close enough to the beach to walk! The pool turned a murky green after just 1.5 days, so it should probably be checked more often...otherwise it was PERFECT!

This unit is awesome with a big corner patio with pool access directly behind it allowing me to keep an eye on my 12 year old and relax in it! Conversely there was no one to remind the group in the pool at midnight of the hours. The house was clean and beautifully decorated as well as games and water toys to use. I would definitely rent this unit again only this time I will bring a mattress topper for the bunk bed full size mattress.

Very cleanliness of this place and love the beach near by too.. Also, love how we re right next door to the pool and especially with young toddler they have a gate and that does help so much!!

Perfect location! Loved that we had our own connection to the pool, 5 min walking distance to beach and the local bar “Boat House Bar and Grill” ! Internet kept cutting in and out for the living room tv when we were trying to listen to music but that’s okay!

The decor inside was good, but the place was not maintained! When we arrived the lock was unable to open. I had Turnkey send someone to open it. Erick told us that he ordered a new lock to replace the broken one and would replace it. Even with daily calls and texts over the 10 days we were there, it never was replaced or fixed. Our place was left unlocked because Turnkey had no sense of urgency to secure this townhome! Once we entered the place, I found the kitchen filthy. Junk, silverware and dirty utensils were thrown in the drawers along with dirty rolled up shelf liner paper in drawers. The plastic silverware holders were dirty and full of food too. Old food, crumbs and open napkins were left in cupboards. Half open bottles of soaps were left by the sink and under the sink. I wiped off the counters and they were full of black grit and a large safety pin was left right in front of the coffee pot! The stove top was dirty and not cleaned. The laundry area had half used soaps and other cleaning products, half used swifter wipes, an old dirty styrofoam cooler and empty plastic bags. The top of the dryer was dirty and full of lint hanging out of the lint trap. In the half bath the soap dish was chipped (it shouldn't have even been there). The large living room rug was filthy. Your feet got dirty if you sat on the couch or chairs barefoot. (It should of been cleaned or even replaced). Upstairs the furniture was not dusted and there was junk left on the dressers. In the master bath the shower curtain rod was broken and when I opened the door it fell into the tub! Part of the paint was missing due to the broken rod. In the bedroom where the bunkbed is, the sheet on the trundle part of the bed was dirty, gross and stained. Outside on the cement in the deck area was not even swept. Little shells were all over and toys too. Even though it says the pool is heated, it isn't. I had contacted Turnkey about this, they said it was. Other residents at this location have also complained about this too. All of my items on this property have been documented and told to Turnkey through emails, text and along with photos sent to them. Laurie and Douglas Anderson
